Bee products are a natural food, they contain substances necessary for life. The material secreted or produced by the bees is obtained by collecting, processing and storing natural materials, which can be collected from the hive or directly from the bees (poison).

Bee products contain all the essential amino acids needed for metabolism, vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, directly absorbed by the human body without processing, lipids, enzymes, coenzymes, organic acids, etc. Of all the foods on Earth, the chemical formula of honey is the closest to the formula in human blood. In addition, no other food is more complete, better tolerated and more easily absorbed by the body.

Thus, if a comprehensive classification of organic food were carried out, bee products would take first place not only because of their content (real body fuels) but also because the human body can use them effortlessly, causing resonance at the cellular level, best for cell regeneration.

There are six popular bee products known: honey, pollen, propolis, royal jelly, beeswax and bee venom.

Honey is made from nectar and is collected by bees from the flowers of many different plants. Bees store nectar in the hive in concentrated (honey) form, mainly for food. Honey is a good source of energy because it contains carbohydrates. It is also a good source of vitamins and various minerals, with weak antibacterial and antimicrobial effects.

Pollen collected by worker bees from the flowers of plants is used as part of the protein diet of bees. It is an energy-boosting food supplement. It contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and proteins, but these nutrients are no higher than in most foods. People use pollen as a source of multivitamins, energy stimulation and / or to increase resistance to airborne (hay fever) allergens.

Propolis is a sticky resin that it seeps from certain tree buds, also called bee glue. The bee workers collect this glue and mix it with saliva secretion to create the glue used to cover the inside of the hive. Propolis is a combination of beeswax, honey and wood resins mixed with enzymes produced by bees to protect the beehive from bacteria, fungi and viruses.

Royal jelly is a milky white waxy substance produced by the salivary glands of bee workers. It is a food for family bee larvae. The mother is fed milk only during the larval period, but the worker bees are fed milk only for the first three days of the larval stage. This promotes equitable development and the secret of the longevity of the queen bee is thought to be related to the consumption of royal jelly. It is also thought to increase maternal fertility.

The beeswax is extracted by the worker bees from the glands at the bottom of the body. It is used to build houses where bees live. The wax is made from the honey that these bees consume.

Bee venom is produced by bees. These are poisons that make bee stings painful. Bee venom is used to make medicines.
